Doyce Don Adams

Doyce Don Adams of Snyder departed this life on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the age of 77. He was born June 24, 1934 in Memphis, TX to Doyce Dodson and Agnes (Follis) Adams. Don graduated from Lubbock High School. He married Vonseth Bertram on September 6, 1955. Don was in wholesale candy sales and also was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Don was a member of Masonic Lodge and First Presbyterian Church in Snyder.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donseth; two daughters, Cynthia Womack and husband Barry of Royse City and Donna Ragland and husband Kelly of Lubbock; one son, Mike Adams and wife Andrea of Frisco; two brothers, Tom Adams of Abernathy and Bill Adams of Edom; three granddaughters; and three great-grandsons.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Doyce, Agnes, and Ruby Lou Adams and a granddaughter, Kelsey Leigh Ragland.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at City of Lubbock Cemetery.
