  • Guestbook
Jesus Ramirez III, of Lubbock passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021. He was born July 12, 1971, to Jesus Ramirez II and Florinda Ramirez in Lubbock Tx. Jesus graduated from Matador High School in 1989.

He married the love of his life Casimira Ramirez January 2, 1990, in Matador Tx. They raised 6 beautiful children and shared 32 years as husband and wife.
Jesus served in the US Army, where he learned to drive and fix tanks.

After he served, he, proudly, worked as a CNC Programmer Machinist up to his passing, he truly had a passion for machines. He also enjoyed playing/watching football, listening to music, eating his sweet tarts, driving his Camaro (he proudly named after his wife Casimira), and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was a huge jokester and loved to make people laugh but also shared many words of wisdom when needed. Jesus was a Jehovah’s Witness with a strong faith and always enjoyed Sunday Meetings.

He was a family man, becoming a father was the biggest accomplishment of his life. He loved watching his kids thrive in life, knowing he was a huge part of them becoming the people they are today.

Becoming a grandpa changed his life, completely. He loved all his grand-babies and would do anything they asked of him at any time, including expensive Dollar tree trips.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Casimira Ramirez; Son, Zeek and wife, Ashley Ramirez; Daughter, Jessica and husband, Alex Garzes; Son, Jesus and wife, Alethea Ramirez; daughter, Esmerelda and husband, Adrian Hernandez; daughter, Olivia Ramirez and partner Neil Venesia; Son Cristian Ramirez; grandkids, Emma, Ava, Jesus, Josiah and Javi Ramirez; Alex, Zachariah, Zeek and Miguel Garzes; Mia Hernandez; Anjelita Trejo; Brother, Freddy and wife, Anita Ramirez; sister, Maria and husband Avel Trejo; Sister, Anna Maria And husband, Valentin Belmont; sister, Rebecca Ramirez; Brother Rodolfo and wife, Lisa Ramirez; and many many more nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandson Julius Ray Ramirez.

Dear Cassamira and family. Your loss is our loss and pains us greatly. However it is comforting to know that he won't have to rest long before we can all be reunited with him in Jehovah's paradise earth.

your dad was a joy to be around. His health problems did not get him down. Danny and I loved visiting with your parents. Enjoyed seeing his new sets of wheels. He loved that camero, but more he loved people, I know he will be deeply missed. Sweet family.

My family grew up with the Ramirez family, they made their home our second home. Cass and Jessi were so hospitable, always making sure we were going to eat and had places to lay our head. We have countless memories eating at Cici’s pizza, and asking everyone at the table if they had a quarter to spare for the arcade area, Jessi always gave us atleast one. One of my favorite things about Jessi was he always knew how to make us laugh, I would walk up to my dad and say "I love you dad" and Jesse would always say "She just wants something Mike don't believe her." 9 times out of 10 he was right. Both families didn’t have a lot, but we sure did have a lot of fun and made so many beautiful memories. My love and prayers go to the family. In Jehovahs memory he stays for now.

Your dad was a great man and admired him for the family man he was and those values were passed on to his children. My condolences to the whole family
