Adelita “Lilly” Bustos, 68, left us on October 22, 2021. Lilly was born on September 15, 1953.

Lilly is survived by her children, Laura, Ralph, Roy, and Victor Bustos; her brothers, Daniel Diaz, Lupe Diaz, Jesse Diaz, Juan Diaz, and Joe Diaz; her sisters, Ernestine Diaz, Angie Carrillo, Frances “Pancha” Diaz, and Sandra Perez.

Lilly was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who was full of life and loved to laugh. She enjoyed going on cruises and casinos. She loved to go to shopping and doing arts and crafts. She will be deeply missed by her many friends, family and all those that knew her.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel. Flowers and condolences may be offered in Lilly’s name to the Combest Family Funeral Homes, 2210 Broadway street, Lubbock, Texas 79401.

Lilly you will be greatly missed! You were such a wonderful person with an infectious laugh. I remember the times when my parents would bring all of us kids to your house and you always had crafts to keep us occupied, and when Tino would always play tricks on us, or make his farting sounds. I will always cherish those moments we shared together. You and Tino will always have a special place in my heart. Rest in Peace. I love you!
