A L Nuttall, 85 of Lubbock passed away Friday, July 17, 2020. He was born September 6, 1934 to Nolan Hiet and Martha Lucile (Bass) Nuttall in Sudan, Texas. He graduated from Amherst High School. A L married Glenda Sue (Hardy) Nuttall on July 20, 1984 in Clovis. He worked as a farmer all his life before retiring in 1998. A L enjoyed spending time fishing but especially loved traveling all over the United States with Sue in their RV, their favorite spot was Eagle’s Nest in the summer and Zapata in the winter. He was of Baptist faith.
Those left to cherish his memory are his 101-year young mother, Lucile; his wife of 35 years, Sue; children, Debra Dorie, Ron Nuttall and Tina, Rita Rawls and spouse Terry, Rhonda Schueler and spouse Clinton, Mark Fancher, Susan Heinemann and spouse Mike; siblings, Dale Nuttall, Jack Nuttall and Porter Nuttall; eleven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Nolan; a baby sister at birth, and two brothers, Delvin Nuttall and Byran; and the mother of his children, Wanda Lou Berry.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.

Sue and Family,
I have many fond memories of AL from our days in Bovina, He was always happy and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed watching the softball teams he was involved with and the business relationship I had with him. He was always honest and forthright in his dealings.
