Katharine Paige Finley, affectionately known as Kate-Kate, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at five years old. She was born November 22, 2014 in Lubbock to Eric and Ashley (McGuire) Finley. Kate-Kate had a vibrant personality, one that was loyal to her family, and feisty to her brother Sam. She loved dolls and collecting trinkets. She was competitive, adventurous and sporty. Kate-Kate enjoyed being a Disney Princess, and favored Elsa from Frozen.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Eric and Ashley and brother, Sam; maternal grandparents, Brent and Karen McGuire of Ft. Stockton; and aunt, Jessica Harral and husband Mark and their children, Grant and Grace, all of Lubbock.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and one aunt.

Services honoring Kate-Kate will be private. Memorial donations in her name may be sent to the Children’s Home of Lubbock, 4404 Idalou Road, Lubbock, Texas 79403.
