We met Bobby and Patty when Matt was in Junior High. He and our son Chad have been wonderful and close friends all this time. Their parents used to try to figure out where they were and what they were doing in the high school years. Bobby was a really great person, we are so sorry for the family and will be attending his service and Chad is coming from Austin to see about his friend Matt.
A phrase that is fitting for Bobby; Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure.

My Dear Friend,
I have no words to express my sorrow in learning of your loss. As the poet said
"ask not to send (ask) for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee". Your loss in this life is our loss. Heaven is a better place today with your infectious smile and wonderful perspective. I enjoyed every minute of every job and every phone conversation we shared. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to get through thick and thin. You made my job a joyful daily task. When the office phone rang early in the morning, I knew it was you and you knew I was here for you. We enjoyed so many good times and great projects together. I will miss you so much but I am glad you are in heaven, not in pain. Now your vision is restored and brighter than ever. The joy you gave me must be shared for eternity with all who preceded you. I will always pray for you and seek your blessing in return. Thank you, Bobby. In Love and Friendship, Paul DeMaggio

when I started working at WW steel, everyone talked about Bobby Conner. Described by many as a machine when it came to his work and work ethic. He had retired shortly before I started working here. I didn't get the chance to meet him. But after all the stories from his co-workers I feel as like I knew him. My husband worked with Bobby for a few years, and always talked very highly of him. My heart goes out to his family.
