You grew up from a slightly crazy and active kid to be an even more special man, JV. Very happy our daughter got to meet and know you a few years ago. You were always full of life, laughter, and love. Very proud of the man you became. You’ll be missed. Your family will really miss you as it’s never easy to go on without a loved one, but at least they can be comforted with the knowledge of where you are and that they’ll see you there someday. Although we cannot be there, our prayers are with you all. Ken & Mary Youngblood

This earth lost a great man. He allowed me to hunt on his place and wouldn't except a dime. He always had a smile on his face and was always optimistic. I am honored to have known him. RIP my friend

I just met Jay for the first at the Class of 76 reunion this past summer. I was impressed with how humble he came across. e seemed to be. He came across happy. I knew he was special the more we visited. I was so blessed by God to get to meet him. Jay... I'll see you later brother...in the sweet by and by.

Jay was such a very loving and kind person. He made a great impact on every person he knew! He helped so many people in his life and did not expect anything in return. I can never pay back the love and respect Jay gave me! All he wanted was for us to turn around and help others in return! Jay, you will be missed brother! I am so sorry for the big loss that his family has experienced! May God bless all of you! So sorry for your loss!❤️

Jay - I'm grieving your presence here & my heart hurts for your precious babies because I know they, more than anyone of us, will feel your absence. But brother, I'm so excited & filled with joy for you because I have the smallest of ideas of how it must be there in our forever home. I've pictured, a hundred times, that moment when you fell into HIS arms upon arrival. The love, peace, and joy that filled you so completely and all pain, fear, stress and even limitation that fell away. A brand new body that at this very moment allows you to sing, dance, even run, and yes, even climb heavenly mountains & trees. To run AND sit with the buffalo and the wolves. We will miss you here but I can't be more grateful that I know you live there where we will see you again some day. I love you! ~ Terri Nicole
