Nita was a devoted wife, mama, and Nommie. Nita grew up in Tahoka, graduating from Tahoka High School. She married her true love Mike Scott, July 01, 1982. Nita worked for Texas Tech University, Natural Resources Management Department, as the Business Manager. Nita surely enjoyed her work and she sincerely loved and valued all her co-workers. Nita was a dedicated and hard worker; believing that she worked unto the Lord. For her Jesus, was a driving force and where she drew her immense strength from. Nita lived a life full of love, devotion, and tenacity. Nita loved, and admired, her brother and sister dearly. She encouraged her children and taught them to believe that they have the ability, through Jesus, to accomplish anything. Nita’s grandchildren were the absolute joy of her life. She loved working in the yard, sipping coffee on the porch, painting, sketching, reading, and most of all; Serving Jesus.
We love you bunches Mama! LYB
