Alma
Lopez
Oct 22, 1957 — Jul 11, 2026
With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of Alma Lopez, who passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, in her beloved hometown of Lubbock, TX. Born on October 22, 1957, in Lubbock, Alma graced this world with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.
Alma’s roots ran deep in the red soil of West Texas, and she spent her life cultivating lifelong bonds and nurturing those around her. She married her loving husband, Manuel Lopez Sr., and together they built a home filled with laughter, compassion, and an enduring sense of togetherness. Alma was the proud and cherished mother of three sons: Adrian Loredo, Jake Loredo, and Manuel Lopez Jr., each of whom carries forward her gentle spirit and steadfast strength.
The bonds of family were at the very heart of Alma’s life. She is survived by her loving husband Manuel, her devoted sons Adrian, Jake, and Manuel Jr., and her supportive brothers Armando Lopez and Oscar Yanez. Their lives are a testament to the love and wisdom she imparted every day. Alma was also preceded in death by her father, Jose Robles; her mother, Manuela Lopez; and her brothers Victor Robles, Manuel Robles, and Danny Yanez. Each of them welcomed Alma with open arms as she made her journey home.
Alma’s legacy is a tapestry woven with tender gestures: a listening ear in moments of hardship, comforting words freely given, and countless selfless acts that touched everyone who crossed her path. Though the world is quieter now without her laughter and nurturing presence, Alma’s memory lingers in the simple joys she delighted in and the many lives she so brightened.
As we reflect on her beautiful life, let us hold close the memories that truly defined Alma—her faithful devotion to her family, her gentle encouragement, her strength during adversity, and the enduring warmth of her love.
She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
