Joshua
Winters
Aug 3, 1989 — Jun 19, 2026
Joshua Taylor Winters, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend, entered the loving arms of his Heavenly Father in the early morning hours of June 19, 2026.
Joshua faced his battle with cancer with remarkable courage, strength, and determination. Though his journey from diagnosis to his passing lasted only two and a half months, he fought with every ounce of faith and perseverance he possessed. Throughout this difficult journey, he was lovingly supported by his devoted wife, Rachel, who stood faithfully by his side every step of the way. Rachel cared for Joshua with unwavering love and dedication. She was truly his angel.
Above all else, Joshua was a devoted husband and father. Rachel was the love of his life, and he was immensely proud of the beautiful life they built together. Their love was evident to all who knew them, joined together in friendship, commitment, and unwavering devotion. Joshua was also a dedicated father to his three beautiful children, whom he loved beyond measure. His greatest joy was being their dad, and the love he poured into his family will continue to shape and guide them for years to come.
Joshua was also a beloved son and brother. He treasured his family deeply and shared a special bond with those who knew him from the very beginning of his life. His loyalty and caring heart, made him not only a cherished family member but also a trusted friend to many.
While Joshua's time on earth was far too short, the impact he made on the lives of others was immeasurable. He was known for his infectious laugh—one that could fill a room with joy and instantly lift the spirits of those around him. He had a playful, sweet spirit and often carried a mischievous sparkle in his eye, as though he were quietly up to something, which those who knew him best would say was probably true. His sense of humor, warmth, and joyful nature brought light to every gathering and made even ordinary moments memorable.
If you were fortunate enough to be loved by Joshua, you never had to wonder how he felt about you—he showed it openly and generously. He loved deeply, wholeheartedly, and without reservation.
As a son, brother, husband, father, and friend, Joshua's life was a reflection of loyalty and compassion. The memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave so freely will remain treasured in the hearts of all who knew him.
Joshua was surrounded by the love of his family as he peacefully passed from this life into eternity. While our hearts ache with his absence, we find comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering. He is healed, whole, and resting peacefully in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father.
Though we grieve his absence, we celebrate the gift of his life and the countless ways he enriched the lives of those around him. His laughter, playful spirit, deep love for his family, and unwavering devotion to those he cherished will never be forgotten.
Joshua's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife Rachel Winters and their three children; his siblings, Bri Clarke and husband Cameron Clarke, Michael Neighbors and wife Michaela Neighbors, Kassidy Piaskowski and husband Payden Piaskowski, and Jace Winters; his parents, Jana and Michael Neighbors, and Steve and Charlene Winters; his parents-in-law, Robin and Carl Brown, Scott and Annett Bryson; his sister-in-law, Sarah Hilliard and husband Cory Hilliard, brother-in-law, Micah Bryson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
