Virginia Robles

Virginia Robles, 88, of Lubbock, Texas passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022. Virginia was born May 9, 1934 in Calvert, Texas to Radolfo and Izauro Lazono Santos. In 1952 she married the love of her life, David Robles, who preceded her in death in 1986. Virginia was of the Catholic faith.

Virginia received her GED later in life and worked as a CNA and Caregiver for many years. She enjoyed country music, dancing, and having a lot of fun. She had the biggest smile when family was together, children and grandchildren. She had a unique way of expressing herself; we will always cherish her through the phrases that we will continue to use in her memory.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Linda Villalobos, David Robles, Jr., Ricardo Robles, Eva Sanchez, Raymundo Robles, Ruben Robles, Mary Adame, Patrcia Robles, and siblings, Leon Hernandez, Elenor Rodriguez, and Erlinda Alvarez.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Robles, Sr.; Son, Rudy Robles; and granddaughter, Sirena Adame.

A visitation will be held starting at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2022 with rosary starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Venue on Broadway. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Venue on Broadway with burial following at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes.
