Randy was born on June 4, 1948 in Lubbock, TX to Lelton and Dorothy Hilton. Randy had a kind heart and a great sense of humor. He was a huge Texas Tech fan and followed all of the sporting events. Some of his favorite hobbies included golf, playing guitar, and completing crossword puzzles. He was devoted to his family and always held a special place in his heart for his mother.
