Beth Bryan

November 1, 1984 — January 17, 2022

Barbara Elizabeth "Beth" Bryan, 37, went to be with her heavenly father on Monday, January 17, 2022. Beth was born November 1, 1984, in Lubbock, TX. She was a long time Girl Scout and she graduated from Coronado High School in 2004. Beth went on to attend Eastern New Mexico University, where she proudly achieved her childcare certificate. She was a cafeteria worker at Lubbock-Cooper North Elementary for over 10 years. In those many years, she made some of her best friends and always showed up to work with a smile on her face, no matter what. Beth loved her job and loved to work, and was recently recognized for her dedication when she was awarded the Gold Award, given to Lubbock-Cooper employees who made an impact on the students, teachers, and community of the school district. She was the Lady Raiders' biggest fan and was honored to be a guest coach for one of their games. Beth was an active member of Broadway Church of Christ and loved being part of her small group. She went on several cruises with them and was able to travel to one of her favorite destinations, Switzerland. Beth was known for her sweet spirit, constant smile, and infectious giggle. Beth's pride and joy was her daughter, Brittany, and she adored spending time with her family and friends. She will truly be missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Kevin and Laura Bryan; daughter, Brittany Bryan; siblings, Christina Griggs (Nolan), Nolan Bryan (Ashley), Maddie Bryan, and Dustin McDonald (Carrie); grandmother, Susan Bryan; aunts and uncles, Nancy and Andy Pechacek, Melissa and Richard Gilliland, Chris Bryan, Keith and Becky Bryan, and Cathie Bryan; nieces and nephews, Jackson Griggs, Alex Griggs, and Gwen Griggs, Maeby McDonald, and June McDonald; as well as numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.

Beth was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lee Bryan; grandparents, Jim and Barbara Roberts; and her father, Gary McDonald.
