Bridget Michelle VanStory

Bridget Michelle VanStory, 43, of Lubbock, passed away on December 12, 2025. Born on June 29, 1982, in San Angelo, Texas, Bridget possessed an extraordinary ability to infuse creativity and passion into everything she did.

Bridget loved her children. She is survived by her three beloved children: Tyson, Taylor, and Caden; her parents, Tamra Hayden and Robert VanStory, maternal grandfather and one grandchild.

From a young age, Bridget exhibited an unwavering love for animals. She had an insatiable desire to care for every creature, regardless of its size. This passion led her to dedicate most of her adult life to working with animals, particularly horses and dogs. Her love for animals was matched only by her incredible creativity. Bridget found joy in creating various crafts, which she generously gifted to others, to make them smile.

She was taken away far too early and will be greatly missed.

Private family services will be held. Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
