Christina "Tina" Estorga

Tina Estorga of Waco passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at the age of 50. She was born in Killeen, Texas, growing up in Copperas Cove where she graduated high school. She went on to graduate from San Angelo State University earning her Psychology degree. Tina worked for the State of Texas for 16 years with the last 13 of those being at The Waco Center for Youth. She was well loved and was always seen smiling. 

 Tina was a strong, brave warrior like her father taught her to be. She was a breast cancer survivor and had a fighting spirit. She was a loving mother of two boys. She taught them to care deeply for others and be respectful to everyone they met. Tina was the kind of person who always gave good guidance and advice to her family and friends. She listened with a caring ear and open heart to provide a clear perspective.

 Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Devin and Christian Bowman and their father Shawn Bowman, all of Waco; mother, Maria Del Rosario Salinas of McGregor; siblings, Teresa Estorga of Waco, Anthony Estorga of Waco, Veronica Estorga and husband Junior of McGregor, and Toni Tavera and husband RT of Belton; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 Tina was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Estorga in November of 2023.

 Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Venue on Broadway with rosary being cited at 6:00 pm. Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, August 2, 2024, at Venue on Broadway. Services will be livestreamed.
