David enjoyed sharing stories, drinking beer, and visiting his family. He really enjoyed being the Passenger King, He didn't care who was driving even if you were not old enough to drive so he could enjoy the ride. His sense of humor was something that we will never forget. He enjoyed watching Maury and drinking his coffee. His all-time favorite thing to do was cheer on the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Tech. If there was a game on TV David was to not be bothered and if you were cheering for the other team, you couldn’t even come in the house.

David's all time favorite memory was watching the Texas Rangers win the World Series.
