Donald Day Minor

Donald Doy Minor of Morton passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the age of 53.  He was born October 29, 1959 in Morton to L. B. and Mary (Lavinder) Minor.  Donald worked as an automotive mechanic and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Morton.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mary of Levelland; brother, Levie B. Minor of Lubbock; two sisters, Prescilla Brown of Whiteface and Mary Halsey of Richardson.  Donald was preceded in death by his father, L.B., and a twin brother, Ronald Minor.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 at First Missionary Baptist Church in Morton.
