Donna Jo Jordan

Donna Jo Jordan, was born on February 15, 1948, and passed away on January 22, 2025.

A proud graduate of O'Donnell High School, Donna went on to receive her Nursing degree from Texas Tech University. For over 50 wonderful years, she embraced her role as a registered nurse, touching countless lives with her compassion and care.

Donna found joy in a multitude of activities, spending time in her expansive yard, often seen sporting her signature straw hat. She had a passion for movies and kept a keen interest in current events and politics. Her love for birds was particularly noteworthy; her home was adorned with photographs of these beautiful creatures, and she once owned a large parrot, which brought her much delight.

Preceded in death by her beloved parents, Bill and Donna Autry, Donna leaves behind a legacy of kindness and warmth. She will be fondly remembered by her cousins, neighbors, and friends.

A graveside service to celebrate Donna's life will be held at the O'Donnell Cemetery on January 28, 2025, at 2 pm, officiated by Pastor Taylor Wood. Friends and family are warmly invited to share their stories and commemorate the beautiful life of a woman who brought light and compassion to all those around her.
