Donna Kirby

Donna Lou Kirby, 89, of Lubbock, departed this earth and joined the Lord on, November 9, 2022.  Donna was born to Lyall Vernon and Leona Mildred (Chase) Knupp on June 29, 1933, in Warren, PA.

Donna met William Virgil Kirby and they were married on January 11, 1951, in Hollywood, MD. Donna enjoyed ,and spent years, finding, scanning, labeling and organizing all the family photos she could find. But most of all, she loved her family and grandchildren. Her life motto was to be who you want to be ad accept others for who they are;

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Diane Kirby of Hico, Texas, Velma Kirby of Anton, Texas and Sandra Napier; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her husband William Kirby, parents, Lyall and Leona Knupp; daugher, Billie Alexander; brother, Everrett Knupp and sister, Betty Rose.

Arrangments were entructed to Combest Funeral Home and Crematory.
