Dwayne Alphonzo Luck died unexpectedly on January 7, 2022.
Born May 9, 1971 in Danville, VA; He was the son of Tessie Luck Ponton, who survives, and the late Alfonza Johns.
In addition to his mother, Tessie Luck-Ponton (Loyd) of Danville, VA, survivors include his daughters, Sienna Daily (Ivan) and Laila Luck Glass; four grandchildren; two brothers, Marcus Luck and Walter Coles, III; one sister, Samantha Coles, all of Danville, VA; three nephews, four nieces, and one great niece; maternal grandmother, Fannie McCain; three uncles; thirteen aunts; a very special friend, Naomy Shelton of Lubbock, Texas; and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
Dwayne was preceded in death by one brother, Anthony L. Luck, and his father Alfonza Johs.
