Eloy worked for US Foods for 33 years in transportation, retiring in 2021. Throughout his career, he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability. His colleagues respected him greatly and valued the many contributions he made during his years of service.
Outside of work, Eloy enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing and barbequing for family and friends, often bringing everyone together to share good food, laughter, and lasting memories. One of his greatest joys was dancing with his wife, Connie Leal. The couple shared 47 wonderful years of marriage after being united on November 10, 1978. Their life together was filled with love, laughter, and a deep appreciation for time spent with family.
Eloy was also an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching all kinds of sports. He especially loved Texas Tech football and was a loyal fan of the Las Vegas Raiders. His enthusiasm and passion for the games were contagious, and he loved celebrating victories while always appreciating the lessons that came with defeat.
