Francisca Perez Santos

Francisca Perez Santos, 69, and longtime Lubbock resident, was lifted into heaven on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Francisca was born on November 6, 2026, in Plainview, Hale County, Texas, to the late Frylon Perez and Imelda (Rangel) Perez.

Francisca attended Lubbock schools and was a student at Estacado High School.

She was a homemaker, who loved to cook and take care of her entire family. She loved to dance and listen to Hispanic music, and going to the activities center. She cherished her two chihuahua fur babies, Pearl and Chiquita, like one of her own children. Francisca was raised in the Catholic faith during her early years.

Those left to honor and cherish her memories include her daughters: Esmeralda Santos of Garland and Erma Linda Rodriquez of Lubbock; two brothers: Joe Perez and wife Christiana, and Fernando Perez, both of Lubbock; one sister: Imelda Gonzalez of Lubbock; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Eddie and Manuel Perez and a sister, Veronica Perez.

Cremation will be under the personal care and direction of Combest Family Funeral Home and Crematory.

No services are planned for Mrs. Santos at this time.
