She was deeply loved by all who knew her, not only by her family, but by the many friends and community members who were inspired by her kindness and creativity. Jennie was an exceptional mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Charlotte Carroll, Danny Joe Hennesay, Lucretia Bartell, and James Hennesay; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hal and Vera Anderson,  her beloved daughter, Virginia Corley, and great grandson, Donovan Vaughn.
