L. Hughes

L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes, 57, of Muleshoe, Texas passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022. He was born September 4, 1964 in Portales, New Mexico to Lee Roy and Janie Hughes. L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes graduated from Muleshoe High School in 1983. L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes was an artist and designer. He was of the Christian faith.

L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes had many talents that he loved to share with the community and his family. He loved theater set design, interior decorating, cooking, and gardening. L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes touched many lives with his abilities, happiness, and sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him and loved him.

L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes is survived by his mother, Janie Hughes; sister, Sandra (Tim) of Clovis, New Mexico; and his niece, Kyla, of Denver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Hughes.

A celebration of life for L. Dale (Duncan) Hughes will be held 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Church of Christ, 1521 Pile Street, Clovis, NM 88101.
