Marie Elizabeth Quinones

Marie Quinones, born on August 31, 1946, in New Kirk, New Mexico, and passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026.

As a dedicated single parent, she raised two sons, Eddie and Matt, with unwavering love and hard work.

Mari’s life was filled with cherished memories from her years working at the old Baker Company in Lubbock, Texas, and later at Dillards department store, where she retired.

One of her greatest joys was her beloved grandson, Ian, whom she adored deeply.

Mari was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on September 13, 1986, and remained a faithful member of her faith throughout her life.

She will be reunited with her loved ones in the “New World to Come” when she awakens and sees them there.

Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
