Mary Lynn (Berset) Griffith, 76, of Lubbock passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Mary Lynn was born June 9, 1945, in McAllen to the late Roger John and Katheryn Elizabeth (Bonneau) Berset.
Her family moved from McAllen to Lubbock in 1957 where she attended Monterey High School, graduating in 1963. She attended Merriam's Business College. Mary Lynn married the love of her life, Louis Griffith on October 7, 1966, in Lubbock at Christ the King Catholic Church. She worked for CHE Incorporated for 30 years, before retiring in 2015. Mary Lynn was a loving wife, caring mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, travelling, and taking walks.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 56 years, Louis Griffith of Lubbock, son, Jeff Griffith of La Pryor, daughter, Kristi Alfaro of San Antonio; siblings, Ann Beachum of Lubbock, Karen Olson of Spring, Roger Berset Jr. of Lubbock, Kathy Crane of Corpus Christi, Dana Berset of Webster, and Mark Berset of Boerne; her five grandchildren, Justin Griffith, Ariana Alfaro, Reece Alfaro, Avery Alfaro, Corin Alfaro and 1 great-grandchild Aidden Griffith.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roger and Katheryn Berset and her brother Matthew Berset.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, June 24, 2022, in the Combest Family Memorial Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Combest Family Funeral Homes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lubbock Alzheimer's Association, Hospice of Lubbock or a charity of your choice.
