Maxine Brow

Maxine Reeves Brow of Lubbock passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the age of 90.  She was born February 19, 1922 in Shamrock to John Everett and Pauline Zarelda (Attaway) Reeves.  Maxine worked as a supply clerk at Reese Air Force Base for over 40 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Nicki Sue Crow of Lubbock and Sandra B. O’Connor and husband Christopher of Arlington, VA; son-in-law, Gary W. Smith of Lubbock; eight grandchildren, Michelle Sharpe, Aja Smith Kessler, Mia Smith, and Mary, Regina, Rosemarie, Caitriona, and Conor O’Connor; and four great-grandchildren, Brody Rush, Cassie Lewis, Madeline Kessler, and Sean Kessler.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest F. Brow on July 30, 1970; brother, John E. Reeves, Jr.; sister, Virginia Smith; and one daughter, Celia Brow Smith.

A private family graveside will be held at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
