Patricia Warden

Patricia Sue (Tibbs) Warden passed away July 21, 2022, in Lubbock, TX. She was born July 27, 1931, to Byron and Hazel Lille (Fletcher) Tibbs in Chelsea, OK. Patricia graduated high school in 1948. She married Leo Warden, November 11, 1950; together they had 5 children, Michael, Jack, Janet, Sandy, and Judy. Patricia was of the Baptist faith, a United States Air Force wife for25 years, and a wonderful mother of 5 children. She loved singing, dancing, bowling (in her younger years), dining at her favorite restaurant, Abuelo’s, but most of all, caring for her grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Leo, a daughter, Janet, and a granddaughter, Jordan Danner. Those left to cherish her many memories are, 2 sons, Michael and Jack Warden, 2 daughters, Sandy Huey, Judy Danner, 9 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

A memorial gathering, to celebrate Patricia’s life will be scheduled later. Please check back for the determined date, time, and location. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes.
