Patsy Matthews

Patsy Sue (Pratt) Matthews, 84, passed away September 23, 2022, in Lubbock, TX. She was born February 21, 1938, to Pete and Bonnie (White) Pratt, in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Patsy married Ted Matthews May 16, 1953. They owned and operated a painting business where they painted residential homes. Patsy enjoyed her children and family. She was a Baptist and attended Live Oak Community Church.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Bonnie, her husband, Ted Matthews, a son Edward Matthews, a daughter, Vicki Green. She is survived by a son Steve (Keri) Matthews, a daughter Robyn (Tom) Boudreau, and a daughter-in-law, Pam Matthews: 7 grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Matt, Tanner, Hunter, Kolt, and Taylor: 6 great-grandchildren, Addison, Braxton, Brooklynn, Kynleigh, Konway, Baylor, and a soon to be, Baby Crue.

A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 10:00AM at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, Lubbock. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes.
