Robert Lindley

Robert “Bobby” Lindley, 70, son, brother, father and friend passed away September 4, 2022, at his home in Lubbock, Texas. He was born September 19, 1951. Bobby was born and raised in Brownfield, Texas, graduating high school in 1971. He attended Texas Tech University before launching Global Equipment Company, specializing in oil field pipe sales. He worked right to the very end.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Joyce Lindley, stepchildren Nick LaVine and Shanna Shaw, sisters Marsha Hamm (Steve), Terri Peters (Scott), grandchildren Hanna, Ethan and Madylin, nieces Shelly Merkle and Shannon Hollar, and nephew Alex Peters. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Lindley, and his older brother, Ronnie Lindley.

At Bobby’s request, a memorial service will not be held. Those wishing to memorialize Bobby are encouraged to make a donation to Goff Ministries or the American Cancer Society.
