Rosa Casas Speed

Rosa C. Speed went to celebrate with her Savior on November 18,2025. She was born on January 16,1959 to Jose Maria Casas and Maria Isablel Olivarez in Seagraves, Texas.

Rosa was a nurse, where she spent most of her life working, where she loved caring for others. She loved her family and enjoyed attending church at Skyline Baptist, crocheting, and mowing the lawn with her riding tractor. She loved all her grandchildren and enjoyed caring for her great, great nephew Ezra Bueno.

She is survived by her sons Jose Luis Casas and wife Rosa Maria, Albert Edward Rosales and wife Shannon, Michael Anthony Rosales, Robert Lee Casas and wife Samantha Jo, and Nestor Jaramilo. Also, her brothers Jose Fransico Casas and wife Fernanda, Jose Silvestre Casas, and Jose Casas and wife Alisa, and her sister Maria Isabel Gonzalez, 16 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her long-time love Robert Garcia, mother Maria Isablel Cole, Father Jose Maria Casas, Stepfather Joseph Daniel Cole, and Sister Irma Carbajal.

A visitation will be held at the Venue on Broadway on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 1 PM. A funeral service will precede at 2 PM at the Venue on Broadway on Friday, November 28, 2025.
