Tate Kelly Forsythe, infant daughter of Justin Blake Forsythe and Bailey Marie Barnett Forsythe, entered into Heaven on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 in Lubbock.
Tate is survived by her parents, Justin and Bailey Forsythe, grandparents, Jay Forsythe and Crystall Hitt, and Kelly and Amanda Barnett.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Nevels Memorial Cemetery under the personal care of Combest Family Funeral Homes in Tahoka.
