Viola Ann (Saiz) Hoffman

Viola Ann (Saiz) Hoffman Passed away June 23, 2024, in Lubbock, TX She was born August 18, 1946, to Jose Ignacio and Magdalena Saiz, in Santa Rosa, NM. Viola married Jimmie Hoffman May 1, 1965, and they were together for 59 years; to this union, they had 2 daughters, Deborah and Marsha.

Viola was a homemaker, who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed taking trips to San Antonio to visit her sister/side-kick Celine (Sally) Hale. .

Viola was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Ignacio and Magdalena Saiz. Those left to cherish her many memories are her husband, of 59 years, Jimmie Norman Hoffman, their 2 daughters, Deborah Hoffman of Clovis, NM., Marsha Hoffman of Lone Tree Colorado, and a grandson, Kyler (Alexis) Salisbury of Albuquerque, NM.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Viola will be scheduled later. Please check back for a date, time, and location. Viola’s family would like to extend a special “thank you” to the UMC ICU staff. Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory.
